The estate is located on a area of the 152 Rais in Chiang Mai Thailand. The existing land is lush greenery rice field and tree. Initially the owner intends to renovate the existing tradition Lanna resident. The objective of renaissance to Lanna architecture of the existing restaurant in which would be Thai cuisine out let of the Dhara Dhevi resort. In addition, the owner need to create the world-class resort in articulation and carefully proportioned of Lanna architecture. The 1st phase of 40 Rais comprises of 46 villas in which surround the rice field and form the silhouette back drop vista form the lobby view over looking to the inner space.
